Yes, we use AI. Here's exactly what that means.

Every draft reply is written by Claude, Anthropic's AI model. We load it with your business details — your services, pricing, tone, and sign-off — so it writes in your voice, not a generic one.

You always review drafts before they go out. Nothing sends without a human reading it first, unless you specifically choose auto-send mode after seeing it work well.

Your customers' emails are processed through Anthropic's API. Anthropic does not store or train on your data by default. We never read, share, or retain your customers' personal information beyond what's needed to run the automation.

Do you need my email password?

Never. We connect through Google's official OAuth system — the same "Sign in with Google" you see everywhere. You click Allow, Google issues a secure token, we never see your password.
What if the AI writes something wrong?

That's why we start on draft mode. Every reply sits in your Drafts folder for you to check before sending. Switch to auto-send once you're comfortable with how it represents your business.
How long does setup take?

48 hours from first contact to going live. You fill in a short form about your business, we build the workflows, then walk you through everything on a quick Zoom call.
Can I cancel anytime?
